An Action Research on a French Law Firm

This study qualitatively analyzes interactional coping strategies used to managed technostress in the post-adoption stage of information technology implementation at a French legal firm. The nine are participatory, collaborative, conflict resolution, bureaucratic (adaptation), perceived contribution exchange, loyalty, affect, professional respect, and mutual trust. A critical perspective was applied longitudinal intervention process. First, problem with task distribution individual level affected efficacy exchange enhancement. Second, lack creative interaction between group colleagues undermined collaboration, aid assistance, participatory adaptation, Third, digitalization commitment organizational negatively resolution adjustment. Finally, an absence loyalty affect evident.
